Chicken breast pan fried with fresh chilli, garlic, roasted cumin and fenugreek leaves we then add two types of dried chilli; Kashmiri chilli powder for the beautiful colour and earthy chilli flavour and bird's eye for a fiery pungent chilli kick to make this a hot Madras. Finished with our freshly roasted garam masala and fresh coriander.
